Does anyone have an iPhone 4/4S laying around? I purchased a screen online to replace my busted one, but it didn't come with the digitizer, and they're near impossible to swap without destroying them... So now I need a new phone, or to buy another screen/digitizer assembly...

But, if somene here has a phone they're trying to get rid of, let me know...

Oh, must be set up for AT&T.

Not exactly relevant, but if you ever break your screen, try taking it to an apple store first. Often times, they'll replace for free regardless if you have apple car or warranty.

My buddy has a 4 in great condition. He upgraded to the 5. I will ask him if he wants to sell it.

Please do. Condition not terribly important.. Mostly just need it, and need to ask that he ship it ASAP if he's willing. Our ship is heading up to Alaska, would like it to be there when we get there...

His response:

I gave it to my brother, did you break yours?

Ahh ok, no worries. I guess I'll jump on eBay and order a new digitizer assembly... Thanks again man.

Go to apple store they now replace/fix phones while you wait, on the spot

Or, go to craigslist and search iphone repair. I know there are dozens of shops around my area that can fix it for about $100-150. I'm sure there are plenty of little phone shops around you that can do that as well.

Heh... I replaced the screen on a couple other iPhones before, the $20 screen/digitizer works well... I tried to really cheap out this time and buy just the glass ($9) but swapping the digitizer was not successful. Guess I'll drop $25 on a complete assembly...

Thanks anyway...
