How hard would it be to make this work with my Droid?

I kept trolling threads and it kept coming up. Pretty close to pulling the hook myself, just wanted to do some more research first.

Apparently it's possible. One of the videos clearly shows someone using a Droid with this.

on a GM vehicle....which still uses OBD-II, so I would think it would werk.

Our cars are OBD-II... Isn't this what you want it for?

Does it matter? OBD-II is OBD-II regardless of what vehicle, isn't it?

I don't think so, Lance, but I've read that there are several very good OBDII apps for the iPhone. Just didn't pay much attention because I don't have one.

Additionally....he's got all kinds of wires and junk hooked up. Let me verify. This is a wireless app? I mean.....you can leave that thing plugged in....and just be cruising down the road....gathering data as you do so....

Ima pull the trigger on this thing...and if I likey....get rid of actron.

Though.....if something happens to phone = skroooooood.

Lance,

I went on the App Store, under "OBDll". There are several apps; the most highly-rated appears to be made by this company, who also sell wireless OBDll hardware:

Hope these help!
