I've ordered a couple things from theBMWPS before and the service has been great and shipping cheap (USPS two day for $6.xx). Shipping depends on the size of the items of course.

I just finished an order on valve adjustment stuff and a couple interior items for the 330i since I was removing the homelink for the M and the mirror motor for the driver side mirror.

The mirror motor arrived with a ripped ribbon cable due to movement while shipping. The box has a portion that is supposed to keep it stable, but those cables are very brittle. I sent an email to Sean (customer service rep helping me with my order) with pictures explaining the situation and asking how to proceed. He replied by saying he just personally packaged and sent out a replacement with return shipping label. I received the replacement in a few days and it was packaged with some additional bubble wrap inside to keep the motor stable.

This was excellent service from a great OEM parts supplier in my mind. Hope others give them a chance and see the same service.

Yeah, I've had similar experiences with them. 99% of the time my orders arrive fine, but I once ordered a turn signal where one of the corners were chipped, and they sent me off a new replacement without even asking for a picture. I'm sure they ended up losing money on that deal (only a $40 part after all), but that customer service kept me around for a couple thousand dollars worth of orders since

By the way, I will add to this thread. I've ordered over $450 at this place in the last few days. I saved at minimum $50 vs ECS Tuning. I love this place.

Hmm how weird. It works depending on where I click to search for bmw parts. If the site is www.partswebsite.com it doesn't work well. How strange.

They do have prices. Even with tax, I can beat tischer pricing. I still like supporting ECS when I can, as they are a great company as well

I just tried to place an order with them tonight and got a message that they were only accepting orders over 50,000. That doesn't sound right at all. Maybe 5,000? Anyway, So much for them. I enjoyed ordering from them while I could. I tried a few times and I could not get it to go through. I believe their related site is bmwminiparts or something like that. I tried my order over there and found that shipping was over twice as expensive (heck no). Finally I went over to bmwmercedesparts and ended up completing my order there. The prices were better and their shipping was crazy low. I am afraid I will get an email tomorrow saying the shipping quote was a mistake. haha.

I believe they're going through a website overhaul right now. They probably blocked orders that way or something... Hopefully they're not gone as they were a terrific dealer.
