Guys,

I'm going through all of the DIY threads and adding "doityourself" to the title.

If you're ever searching for a DIY, go to "Advanced search", type in "doityourself" and select "Thread title" and they should all pop up.

Good idea. Maybe this should be a sticky. I have found on some forums when searching for DIY the function doesn't work because it's only 3 letters. Is that the same in this case?

Yes. That's why I'm doing it. I know we have a specific subforum for DIY, but DIY's don't always get put in there.

All done.

I went through the entire DIY forum and attached "doityourself" to the appropriate titles.

If you guys are looking for a DIY, and you know who it was written by, it will make your search much easier. If not, just use "doityourself"

Enter "doityourself" in the search term box, the authors username (Let's say we knew BP (az3579 wrote the DIY we were looking for), and "search titles only"

Click search

It will bring up the seven DIY's he's submitted.

If you were looking for KG's DIY's (Kayger12) you would see the following:
