found some cheap tires 225/40ZR18 92W XL 90 bucks a piece, and 255/35ZR18 92W XL 125 a piece. they are called DELINTE THUNDER D7. Has anyone heard of these and are they any good

I'd save my money and buy something reputable. :-(

I have Continental ExtremeContact DWS's now. but winter is over now and those tires were almost 900 dollars I was wanting some summer tires and was going to save the Continentals for winter. thank you both for your advice I will take it into consideration. the price is tempting though. thank you

Bridgestone Potenza S04 or Continental DW are great summer choices.

Depending on the weather where you live, just run the DWS's. For the price you'll have to pay to dismount the DWSs, mount & balance summers, and then remount & balance DWSs each year, you can keep running the DWSs year round. The DWS fronts will last 35-40K miles, the rears will only last 18-20K miles. So you'll have to buy an extra set of rear tires to get 30-40K out of your whole set.

This.

But people (not me) will argue that it's a no season tire and mounting a winter tire is more prudent regarding harsh condition drivability.

+1. Something my dad always told me.
