Hi my friends, I had leak from power steering return line and also p/s reservoir. I tried to find some DIY but I couldn't find anything about p/s return line then I wanted to write up. My english is not very well. I apologize for that.

1. You need to remove air filter housing to reach p/s return line and making space for work.

2. You may need another person to help you to remove return line ( I took a pic after I removed sorry about this). If you are lucky you could remove by hand otherwise you need either remove expansion tank or disconnect tool (transmission cooler line disconnect tool). How I did with my friend that I pushed to return line to radiator side and my friend pulled the gray plastic head to engine side. It was pain in the ... but luckily we could remove it without removing expansion tank or disconnect tool. Please make sure you took out atf in p/s reservoir before removing p/s return line, if you don't, it will be messed up with atf.

3. Remove gently your both clamps with flat screw driver from p/s reservoir unless you are not going to change your reservoir you don't need to remove other hose. (if you work alone Don't forget to get new clamps before doing this DIY) if you are going to change your reservoir you need bigger clamp than 5/16''-7/8'' clamp, because the other hose lil bit bigger than the p/s return line.

4. Install your new p/s return line slide left and when you hear ''click" sound its done really easy. Then install other side to p/s reservoir with new clamp. (if you are changing reservoir and if you are going to use other old hose please make sure do NOT tight too much you could crack the hose.)

5. Install your new/old p/s reservoir back and put ATF in it, 1 qt is good enough, for ATF I've chosen Castrol Transmax Dexron-VI.

6. Please double check the back hose doesn't touch to the alternator, if its touching to alternator just turn lil bit to counter clockwise and before you drive start the engine and turn your steering wheel to the right and left many times.

I hope this DIY helps, and again sorry for my English.
