I came across a set of Anthracite CK's that are 18x8.5 in the front and 18x10 in the rears. The current owner ran them on his non-m e46 coupe with 245/35/18 & 255/35/18 tires. Im guessing I might need a fender roll in the rear to make the 10 fit. Would I have any other issues fitting them?

I have a sedan btw

What is the offset in the rears? 10's are very aggressive...

I'll take offset in the front as well.

Et35 for the front. Not sure about the rears. Seller says he has to check when he gets them out of storage.

Assuming they'll fit, any pros or cons on fitting 10's on a daily?

Your tires are going to be stretched. Not a fan.

This. Honestly there isn't a point to running big wheels in the back unless you plan on taking advantage of wider rubber, which will require modifications to make it fit.

In my case, I specifically picked up a set with 8.5's all around (BBS CH, also et35) to ensure fitment.

Thanks for that and sorry for the late response. Still haven't heard back from the seller on the offsets. I was supposed to meet up with him yesterday but he got caught up with something last minute.

Here's the link for them though

They are photographed on the e46 coupe...I'm sure they fit with minimum issue. At most you would need a roll and adjustable LCAs out back.

I only assumed they would fit because he has 255/35/18 tires on them which is what I have on now and I ran 265's on my previous ZHP with no issues.

What do you guys think is a good price to get them at?

Personally not a fan of the wheel, but the fronts will fit fine at ET35, assuming 18x8.5" like you said... If not, then all bets are off. GL.

You're gonna have a helluva time with the 10" rears if the offset is et34...

That's a helluva score though. I bought my CH's for the same price, though they need refinishing and two needed bend repair.

Yeah they're all 8.5 et34. One has a very small bend(I don't even know if you would consider it a bend really and some curb rash but nothing that will take much to repair.

This. The rash is somewhat light on the wheels. Only one of them have a deep blemish & 1of4 is perfect.

Any idea on how much it would take to refinish them?

I can't speak for CK's, but for my CH's, I'd end up paying about the same to get them refinished (including purchase price) as a used set of CH's in good condition. The only difference will be that the refinished CH's would look brand new and would be the color of my choosing.

That was my original plan but I might stick with the Anthracite color for now and find some red caps to go with them.

The guy I bought them from has 225/40/18's on the front and 255/35/18's on the rear but they're 18x8.5 all around lol. Originally I was planning on taking my tires off my 135's which are 235/40/18 and 235/35/18 and mounting them because I was under the impression that the rears were bigger. Would it makes sense to just swap my tires or run a square set?

The 225/255 will not have any issues. I've ran those sizes on my 8.5" ARC-8's with no problems for over a year. It doesn't look much different.

225's on a 8.5" wheel look terrible IMO. Two of my CH's came with tires, one of them had 225's. The stretch looked ridiculous on it. I wouldn't run anything smaller than my 245's if I want it to look good.

Currently have 245-35's all around and it looks PERFECT. Just the right amount of sidewall.

I hate the stretched look, but the 225's on an 8.5" isn't stretched to me. Maybe some of it is the tire brand, dunno. I agree 245 is optimum, but I didn't want to toss the tires I had just because it had a little wheel poke. http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/07/09/u6y2u7y8.jpg http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/07/09/3a6uvu3u.jpgI've actually got to replace mine soon. :)
