Hey guys,

I have decided to start this as an add on to the last thread I had of the wheels but more the documentation of everything somewhere and specific questions I have along the way (if there not already answered somewhere on the site or elsewhere). I will also post my DIY stuff as it progresses.

As for now I am doing the belts on wednsday and was looking at packs on bav auto and noticed the tensioner pully set, at my mileage(62k) would have to replace these or don't bother? My buddy said you can hear them when they are bad, not sure if this is right or not.

Thanks everyone for the help thus far I'm really excited to truly know my car inside and out!

Always good to make one of these...says the guy who needs to.

Also, are you going to set up a log?

And, I'm going to be doing my pulleys as well around 62k as if they haven't been done I think it's worth it since they are old parts despite the mileage.

Lol as long as I'm active on this site this is probably the best place to keep all the dates and records of what I have done and I will start the log after the belts are finished and that will be the first thing done.

I guess I will be following suit in whatever you do maintenance wise cause we have the same mileage. I'll see how my tensioner pulleys look when I'm doing the belts.

Good job Mason. I do recommend doing the tensioners and idlers. If they spin freely, they are bad.
