Hi all. I'm just wondering if there is something wrong with Khoalty's customer service email set up on there website.

I sent em 4 emails regarding the warranty on my angel eyes and I have yet to hear from them 4 weeks later.

I know the business is still running because I referred my friend to them for his e90's angel eyes, and he received them right away. But I have yet to get a response.

Have any of you had any problems getting a response from there customer service?

Or is there a phone number for there customer service that you guys know of?

Nope. Nothing is wrong with their website. Pretty typical response.

Try to call.

Definitely call them. I've only had good experiences with them but Khoalty and Umnitza don't have good reps. I'm pretty sure all they do is get these angel eye kits off alibaba and mark them up ridiculously.

When this is all said and done, please submit a final review of them as a ware seller for BMW's.

Till now I've sent them four emails with no luck.

Gave them a call today and left a voice mail. I'll give them till the end of the week. I will update you guys with results.

Appreciate the help thus far! :respect

We have guys who live in the San Diego area....I bet if one of them had issues they could easily show up at this place and do a face-to-face and get much farther than the rest of us who have to try email or call....a shame some businesses do things this way....

I had the same experience with Khoalty, sent repeated emails with no response...only to eventually find a response in my junk mail folder. I didn't even think to look in there, just a thought. That aside, I found their customer service to be awful and rude, and will never buy from them again. Umnitza FTW! They answer their phones, they're friendly and will negotiate on cost with you if you're buying a few items.

Do you really wanna do business with someone who can't even answer an email, let alone 4?

Take your money and RUN somewhere else.

I ordered headlight lenses from them not that long ago and had no issues.

I just ordered some for my M3. One of them had a small blemish on the center of the lens. I was considering sending the lens back but after recalling what a PITA it was dealing with them I just said screw it and installed it. I don't really need anymore frustration right now, the IRS is enough!

Edit: And the fact I had the dremel both lenses to get them to fit properly.

Wow. My lenses were perfect and so was the fitment.

My Euro mirrors and stealth bulbs were quality. So not all bad.

To add to this review,

I have Khoalty Angel Eyes installed on my ZHP (not sure how long they have been installed) but the inside driver's side Angel Eye is only half on. Sometimes it will be dim, but usually it's always off. I had a couple of friends look at the wiring, and everything is wired correctly, not bad connections. And a couple months ago I had an issue with the far right angel eye (it was always off, wiring issue)

So I'm being told the bulb itself must be going out. So for future potential buyers of their angel eye kits... I would stay away. Go with Umnitza! That's what I'm going to do

I've had mine on for a while and have had zero issues. I haven't heard to many complaints about them. As for their customer service, I personally haven't had an issue, but I've heard bad things lol

I know! They are so much brighter. Plus Umnitza installed them for free so win win!

So they baked your headlights to install them and did it for FREE? Nice!

Are you keeping the ZHP now?

Yeah I told the guy that the old ones were starting to go out and he said they are supposed to have a lifetime warranty. So maybe he thought they were Umnitza brand? Lol

And I think I'm going to hold off for a bit. It's nice having two vehicles and at the moment I'm staying in California. So I am going to enjoy the ZHP for a bit longer at least!
