No deal. Was supposed to see this car on Friday night, the owner texted me Friday afternoon & said let's push it to Sat morning cause he was taking his wife out to dinner Fri night. No problem, my daughter had a soccer game Sat morning 6 miles from his house. At 10:50 am, I text him to provide an update on my ETA -- its halftime of the soccer game, I tell him the game should be complete in 45-50 mins, I'll be at his place between 1145-1200. He replies perfect, he has nothing planned until 3 pm. Game completes, I text him as I'm leaving the parking lot that I'm on the way. 5 min later, as I'm pulling into his neighborhood, he replies that he's not at home, someone else called about the car and he drove it to that person 15 miles away. I'm like WTF?! I try calling him, he won't answer his phone. My last text, I thank him for being a total asshat, take a pic of the cash I'm carrying, and wish bad car karma on him.

Plan B, called another guy that has a ZHP sedan steptronic that I looked at a month ago, made him an offer, he said no. He asked me to counter again, I declined, told him I'd leave my offer out there should he happen to reconsider, hopefully he will.
