Ok, I've got a bonus coming end of year, looking to ditch the OEM wheels(PIA to clean, hate it). They'll be for sale likely.

I've narrowed it down to three:
TSW Rivage, TSW Panorama or Beyern Rapp

I had the Rivage on my Maxima, Panaorama is similar, Rapp is nice but I loathe polishing the mirrored\chrome lip every week, which knowing me, I'll be doing.

Opinions? I'm leaning back to the Rivage again, but almost don't want to 'repeat' the selection?

I'm not a fan of any of them on the e46. But it is your car.

I like the bottom right one, with the BMW center cap.

how about VMR, Varrstoen, ESM, ESR?

VMR has a nice 5 spoke too, the V705. Been thinking about those for DD wheels. There seems to be a shortage of nice clean 5 spokes out there for our cars...

Thanks.

Anything with multi spokes or bolts are out of the question, don't particularly like the style at all and more importantly, hate the extra clean up time involved.

I'm already at 2:30 minutes every weekend to wash with these OEMs.

All those are spokes, only noticed one wheel out of those that was a basic 5 spoke.

These wheels are nice and open, cleaning will be soap and water and I can clean the inside perfectly all the time.

Hi-

Yeah that's not too bad, pretty nice, will look closer.

Have you looked at TSW Interlagos? I had a set on my 2002 330Ci convertible (non ZHP) and they were sharp looking.

If you had to choose from those three, I'd choose the top right one.

Interesting, I just called the number off the Beyern site to inquire about whether or not the Rapp silver w\mirrored lip is polished and clear coated or chrome and it comes up as TSW and will just send you to a local TSW dealer?

I had no idea.

5 spoke just doesn't work aesthetically with the e46 imo. Do as you want tho, we won't judge.

I'm in the same boat trying to find a clean 5 spoke. Many of them have spokes that are too skinny. I really like the forgestar cf5, but they are a bit on the expensive side...

The wheels by themselves look great, but I'm not so sure about them on an E46... the spokes look way too skinny to be taken seriously, IMO:

Plus, these have bolts, which the OP does not want.

Thought I'd post this as a better point of view as to why I like the 5 spoke wheels. This pic was off my Maxima, and the wheel was about a year old, had about 9k miles on it.

Note the inside of the wheel. Just as clean as the day it was installed. Soap and water, no chemicals, special brushes to get into nooks and crannies.

Plus the design is just 'crisper' IMHO.

I come from the poke & stretch crowd so it looks pretty normal to me. I'm trying to find the beefier set ups more attractive. The more I see of it the more that will be the norm.

Finally got them done.

TSW Rivage w\Pirilli PZero Rosso's 265/35ZR18 rears, 235/40ZR18 fronts. Some minor rubbing over moderate bumps, will need to roll rears.
