I'm aware that there is an issue with Internet Explorer and the site right now.
When you try to reply to a post, using "reply with a quote," or "reply," the cursor hangs until you hit the button a second time. Once you hit it a second time, meanwhile, it takes you to advanced reply -- instead of a quick reply.
You can still do it that way, but it should not do that. It's a problem.
I have submitted a message to vBulletin. Will let you know when it's resolved.
