I'm old, what can I say. Having been at the very first one and several after that, I lost interest. It just doesn't have the same flavor... not that it's bad, it's just not my scene.

I miss going to Santa Barbara too... it was a homecoming for me and my cars. I purchased two E39's from Jon himself and my ZHP came from the same sales guy who did my paperwork on the previous cars, but at the new version of the dealership. It worked, but it wasn't a Cutter Motors experience. I'm a big fan of family run businesses... Jon introduced me to the owner when I picked up my first 5'er there. Cutter was great.

I mostly go to catch up with old friends. I'll see Jon this year. Hopefully Jim Conforti will be there too. Same goes for Brad and Simon from Evosport. I noticed the HIN feel last year, though. But did see a number of our old pals from our days at bimmer.org and bimmerfest. Saw Bee, Chris, etc.
