E46 Sedan vs Touring Suspension - Same?

Is the suspension the same on a standard E46 sedan (mine is an '01) as it is on a wagon/touring model? I've been looking on parts sites and can't really tell if there are different shocks/struts for the sedans vs the wagons/touring models. Anyone know for sure? From what I can tell, they are interchangeable, looking for confirmation. Thanks!
