Headlight lens different from ZKW to AL?

I just going to get this but it says it is not for ZKWs? I thought they were identical as far as the lenses go.
Can anyone confirm this?

Khoalty quality is really good. That's what I installed on my ZHP some months ago. I replaced the gaskets as well to avoid condensation on rainy days.

they must have changed it somewhere because i have a zkw with glass lenses sitting in my friends garage lol it didn't come from a zhp though (03 325i). that thing is pitted to hell too

Please take a picture. I can't believe they've ever made these put of glass. It's not that I don't believe, I just really want to see it. Maybe a video? That's crazy.

So I got the ones from Khoalty per you guys recommendation. They look great!
But after installing, There was a bit of play in the lens fitment and bit of gap from the black tabs to the raised hooks from the lens (see attached pics).
So I am assuming the lens is not seated right? Maybe Khoalty couldn't match 100% to the factory spec?
it's weird since the original ones had perfect fitment and no issue with condensation making me think that the gasket is in good condition.
I am worried the lens might collect moisture, only time will tell right?
I will report back once I find out more ;)

That's always a risk with aftermarket stuff. Fitment is never as good as OE.

Well, this helps answer one question I had about whether the ZKW outer lenses will fit to a Bosch AL assembly. :cool
