I'm originally an E30 guy and do to my wife not letting me put neither my 2.5 year old or 6 month old on the e30 I had to look into buying a family friendly vehicle. Welcome and congrats on the new "family car"!

"ZHP is a garbage option anyway- just some cosmetic upgrades with a different cam and diff to claw back some of the performance lost fitting those hideous and heavy wheels. Any 330 with a 3.46 diff will smoke a ZHP every time. The whole Mafia thing reeks of childish behavior." - an e46fanatic

Welcome! Sorry you had to let your E30 go. Maybe you can get back into one down the road.

Your new ZHP looks great, especially with Natural Brown :drool

DIY as much as you can. It's a really straight forward car that is relatively easy to work on, especially with the numerous amounts of detailed DIY guides. I've saved a bunch of money on doing my own labor (although that's negated by me spending that money on other car-related items), and I have the benefit of learning about my car and the satisfaction of doing my own work.

Stick around, this forum's great and full of funny and bright people who love to help out.

Welcome to the family! The forum is terrific. Tons of wise advice from friendly enthusiasts. Your car looks good. I like the black and brown. My first BMW was an e46 black/brown convertible. Enjoy!

Welcome, man ! This is the best BMW forum. Your car looks very sharp. I had 3 black ones: e36, e46, e90. My ZHP is IR.
