We won't be needing Our X1 when we move south as it was Kristen's "winter vehicle" We're looking for someone who would be interested in a new car to Assume (take over) the lease. This is a great opportunity to own a 1 yr old BMW for no $ down, and $353/ mo.

There are 27 months left on the lease, and 25,000 miles left. It was originally a 3yr/30k mile lease, and had 5600 miles on it when she leased it. So it can have 35600 by lease maturity. Additional miles are .20 ea. if you go over. There is a lease turn in fee of $350 at the end of the lease if you don't lease or buy another BMW. No $ down, but there is a one time $500 transfer fee from BMW Financial. It's an Ohio Lease with a 7% tax built into the payment. IF you're outside of Ohio we would have to call BMW Financial to see what payment would be with your tax rate.

2015 X-1 xDrive35i M-Sport, 3.0L Turbo, 300HP, Mineral White with Black Nevada Leather, 11k miles $48000 sticker price
M-Sport package
Premium Package
Comfort Access
Sirius w/ 1 yr. subscription (I never activated)
Technology Package w/Nav
Panoramic Roof
Heated Seats
Xenon Headlights
18" wheels with All-season tires
6 sp.Step-tronic trans with paddle shifters
13.4 sec 1/4 mile :thumbsup
FULLY LOADED!

All maintenance is included and this will be under warranty thru the remainder of the lease, if you don't exceed the 50k mile point.

We will be listing this on swapalease.com if we don't have any interest in the next week or so. This is an amazing car, we hate to part with it and Kristen is having trouble deciding to keep this or the 135, but this has a payment and the other one doesn't. She loves this thing. We just have too many toys to move down to Charleston

will include a set of Blizzak's if you would like.

Payments are currently due the 29th of each month, and this is flexible 2 weeks either way to fit your needs. We will make the Feb 29th payment if you're interested. Pics to follow

Damn. I have literally no need for it and it makes zero financial sense for me, but the "what if" notion is strong.

Anyways, deluded fantasies aside, good luck finding someone to take up your lease!

I've had these on courtesy loan and I have to say, they are awesome... Not to mention, I owned a 2012 X3, basically the same vehicle otherwise, same engine, packages, color... Let me tell you, this is a GREAT TAKEOVER for anyone...

The only thing, Rob... This thing has the new 8 speed steptronic... Which is way better, just might want to edit your post...

Actually Rob's post is correct, the xDrive35i have the 6 speed steptronic, the xDrive28i and sDrive28i have the 8 Speed steptronic. BMW only put the 8 speed on the 4 cylinder turbos and not the 6 cylinders.

They are great cars, have one myself. The last BMW sold with hydraulic steering, it's basically an E90 clownshoe.....

Damn, that's a good lease price...
I had one almost just like this as a loaner. X1 x28i, very well optioned... it was a great car though; it drove well, had nice comforts, good driving position...

I've driven this car and definitely think it is the last of it's kind. Felt great. Sent this post to my Mom...I WANT her to get a newer car, but she is stubborn. This is a fantastic deal so we'll see...

Hmm, this must be specific to the X1, our X3 was a 35i and had the 8 speed... I didn't think Rob would make a mistake, but I was sure they put the 8 speed in everything now.

Correct, X1 only, and only for the North American models. The X1 was also only sold with the N55 3.0L I6 in North America. One of the things that make it so special, it's a hell of a sleeper and the last wagon that BMW sold with the I6!

Ah ok. Yeah our x3 was plenty quick, I'm sure the x1 was no slouch either!

Yep, this is the last of the breed. Hydraulic steering is tight and gives plenty of feed back, suspension is really good. The engine is awesome and the M-Sport just rounds out the package. It was so nice to get this car after the mushy feeling F30. The new X1 is literally a new car and shares absolutely nothing with this car.
We hate to give this up but all of our other cars are paid for so this is the one that has to go. Like the guys said above this is a really good lease price.... the reason we went for it in the first place. To anyone interested, the lease transfer, etc.is handled by BMWNA so you still get all the perks.

We're moving to Charleston SC.

We have a deal pending on swaplease.com. It only took a day or two because it's such a good deal

I recommend that site for anyone looking to get out of a lease... Or looking to pick one up... There were around 1100 or so BMWs available which was a little disconcerting but there is a line of 4 people that want her car if the deal would fall through... But it's a done deal and pretty painless at that...

We just transferred the lease last week to an airline pilot out of DC. BMW killed the original lease transfer because the car had an open recall for the airbag. It took almost a year to get the airbag for the car so we could transfer it. We pretty much got screwed and had to pay close to $4k additional for a car we didn't need.
I was a great car but I'm glad it's gone...

Ran into the same crap when I sold my X1 last summer. BMW was replacing the airbags on the X1s on dealer lots, but for the customers they were "unavailable". Had several buyers walk away due to the airbag, and ended up selling at least $2K under what I had expected....

That sucks. Ultimately, it's the CEO of Takata that should be strung up by his balls
