I set out today trying to get rid of he CEL from manual swap. I removed option 205 from the VO and wrote both module, but to no avail. I then poked around in AKMB, and somehow screwed up my traction control. Right now I am getting a persistent traction circle light, and no others. I get this error readout from the MK60, but I believe the coding screwup was in the AKMB. Basically I screwed up communications. Can someone point me in the right direction? Im several steps behind from where I started today

Load up NCS in Expert Mode. Load the modules you messed with, read them. Change to SG CODIEREN and flash what you dumped from each module. This will reset them to factory settings.

Did you try re-adding the items you removed from the VO?

Thought about it but didn't. I'll try. What I did before was change the vo then process car

What does NCSexpert read with a blank MAN page and SG CODIEREN?

Hes a life saver. Put 205 back in the VO, wrote VO back on. Then reflashed the MK60. Turns out the fundamental problem causing the traction light error is that the MK60 does not like being written as a manual. MK60 module still needs to be written as an automatic. I need to get my hands on DIS to do the full flash and clear the check engine light. I still have all the errors dealing with missing communication with the trans

Okay, back to square 1. Better than square -5.
