What size front tire would be best for a 17x8.5 ET31?

Have an opportunity to pick up some Forgestars for cheap. Unsure of the front fitment. What size front tire would work on a 17x8.5+31? Car is lowered on H&R Race springs with fenders rolled & Turner fixed camber plates. The rears are 17x9.5 ET44. Pretty sure 255/40 on the rear would be good.

i run 245/40/17 all around but plan to go 255/40/17. I'm on 8.5 +40.
