Anything I'm missing or don't need?

It depends on how extensive you want the refresh to be. I think some people re-use the bump stops.

Here's some of the stuff I ordered to replace the shocks and struts with Koni. I haven't done the work yet, so I can't confirm if it's a good idea or if these are the right parts.

2x Self-Locking Nut 32216769539 (for shock mount)
2x Self Locking Hex Nut 33526773882 (for strut mount)

2x 31336752735-MFG69 Strut Mount
2x 31331110196-MFG9 Dust Protection Collar
6x 31316769731-MFG926 Collar Nut (I believe these are the 3 per side for the strut mounts)
2x 31331096664-MFG9 Spring Pad (Since the springs will be off in the front)
2x 31331091867-MFG963 Spring Pad
2x 33506757047-MFG604 Foam Bump Stop
2x 31306757046-MFG963 Foam Bump Stop
2x 33521136283-MFG36 Protection Boot
2x 31331094749-MFG36 Protection Boot
2x 51717036781-MFG9 Reinforcement Plate
2x 31311139453-MFG926 Cover Cap (I'm not sure if this is the part I intended to order. I read somewhere that the lemforder mounts don't come with a dust cap and this is what I ordered.)

Below is my suspension refresh thread. Be mindful that I have a coupe rather than a sedan, but most of the parts listed should be the same on a sedan.

I used this guide when I did my refresh today. I think the only difference for me may have been a consolidated part number for a dust cover and bumpstop combo for both the front and rear.

Endlinks? I apologize if I missed them.

S7 Edge, out

Yes, that too. I think the pn is 31356780847.

BMWCurves thank you! That made this a lot easier to do. I think I am going to go with these AKG FCAB 95A (http://www.akgmotorsport.com/product/front-control-arm-bushing-set-66-mm-for-bmw-e46-poly-95a/) instead of the Z4M bushings. It doesn't look like these come with the brackets though, do I reuse my old ones or buy new ones? And where do I get new ones?

I had the akg on the wife's zhp and then went to the z4m. Prefer the z4m

I ended up going with Z4M FCABs. Just to be clear these FCABs (https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/bmw-suspension-control-arm-bushing-z4-31107836862) include the retainer AND bushing, correct?

Nick, I don't believe so. The part you have referenced is strictly the retainer, minus the bushing.

Getting ready to do my front struts, upper mounts, endlinks, etc... Got all the parts but want to make sure I have the right front bump stops because I thought I saw somewhere here that the ZHP has a shorter bump stop.

Is the stop listed above (p/n 31306757046) shorter than a non-ZHP E46? I ordered these from FCP Euro; https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/bmw-strut-bump-stop-front-325ci-325i-330ci-330i-31306757046
They also list these, for 'standard suspension'; https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/bmw-strut-bump-stop-front-323i-325i-330i-31336750892

Have I got the right part? I guess I'll find out when I get everything apart and see the height of the OEM part, but rather than re-use the original bump stops if the new part is wrong I'd like to confirm this part is correct.

I had the same question when I was refreshing my suspension. Initially I was going to purchase 33531138109 but that was the "lowered" suspension option listed in RealOEM. I ended up with:

- Front: 31306757046
- Rear: 33506757047

They were the same length/size as the factory ones I pulled out of my car.

I can't confirm 100%, but I also think they're the right ones. I have them on my car now. The standard one linked does look a bit taller.

Finally got everything installed and I have to say it feels great. No dull clunking from the front end (turned out to be worn PS end link) and the suspension feels solid. Looking forward to carving some corners this weekend.

I have a 2003 330i ZHP with 158k and am planning on doing my suspension refresh this summer after getting the cooling system refresh done first. Here's a spreadsheet I made with list of parts that I plan to order. It should have almost everything needed for a "basic" refresh besides the control arm bushings since I recently replaced those already. Don't mind the prices. I have access to WORLDPAC but FCP Euro is pretty close or cheaper on some things and being able to use PayPal Credit (no interest for 6 months) is nice.
