Whats the rack for? Always have considered getting one for my road bike even before buying the car. Does it block sun roof?

Last summer.....and summer before my boys got into mountain biking. I was having to take the bikes apart and put in my trunk to take them over to Yorl State Park. My intention was to get the rack should this hobby blossom into something they did all the time. Its been a slow build for me though. Something always seems to come up, to prevent me from buying the actual bike runners. I plan to do this soon. They have some killer prices on Amazon.

The fairing does not block sunroof, and just sits in front of it.

Likewise, Kristen! But good support is important everywhere, I suppose! ;)

hey dane, after installing thule rack system, just wondering if you would suggest that over the oem if you had any experience with that for bikes. look @ this right now.

Paid $80 for the fairing at Amazon........through the Mafia link (http://www.amazon.com/gp/redirect.html?ie=UTF8&location=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.amazon.com%2F&tag=zhpcom-20&linkCode=ur2&camp=1789&creative=390957), and I got the rack for free.....:)
