Hi
Good morning, I am trying to get the bushings on my rear axle changed. I have already purchased them. Is there any tool that can help me get these bushings changed? (i have attached a picture) Thank you so much for your time. Looking forward to some assistance from fellow ZHPians. Thanks again.

Raj

personally, i found #6 and #14 is amazingly good shape on my 140K-mile ZHP - they are generally understressed.

that said, the outer bushings were toast. i would recommend replacing both upper and lower outers with #2 in the diagram.

as for a tool... the koch tools subframe bushing tool is amazing - with a universal bearing/seal driver set (harbor freight special), you can do every bushing in the car. they also have a RTAB and rear diff bushing tool that could potentially work for replacing these bushings.

I have a tool for rent that helps with many of them. Search “Koch”.

RTABs and the big rear diff bushing were what my car needed.
