$4,900. 91,300 miles.

Selling my 2008 Saab 9-3. We bought this Carmax car in 2010. It has been garaged day and night since then. The car has been very dependable all this time. Looks and runs very good. Selling because it's an extra car. Pre-Purchase Inspection can be done at buyer's expense. Registration good until Sep-2018. Clean Carfax available. I have receipts for all the service and repairs listed below. No warnings on the dash. I have 2 keys and the manuals. Available to show the car on weekends.

A/C and heater work great. Please notice the car has a six-speed manual transmission, 6MT.

Thanks, guys. The Saab sold today for $4700. It was an easy transaction. A young man contacted me yesterday. He stated his interest, and added he needed to buy a car by the end of today. His truck broke down and he had a rental only for today. He already had 5 cars lined up to look at. Mine was the last one on his list due to geographical situation. At 4pm he told me the first 4 cars didn't meet his expectations. He liked mine and decided to pulled the trigger. No negotiation at all, his offer was $4700 and I accepted.

We went to his bank and he bought a cashier check on front of me. Both of us are very happy with this deal. :thumbsup

Congrats!

My buddy had a first-gen Saab 9-3 in high school. Was a cool, quirky car that we hooned the crap out of and had a ridiculous waste-gate blow off sound.

For the price/condition, this was a pretty good deal. Congrats on a quick and easy sale!

That worked quick, especially for a week before Christmas.

It has been one year since I sold the Saab. I emailed the new owner, asking if the car has been good to him. His response:

"The Saab has been great! I've taken a couple of road trips and have been driving it into town once or twice a week with no major problems.

I've needed to replace a bushing in the wipers, and a couple of other minor things, but it's been a great little car! Fun to drive and looks cool. It just passed 100,000 miles a week or so ago.

I just took a new job and will be traveling again, and instead of getting a new truck and selling the Saab, I'm gonna buy a motorhome and set the Saab up for flat towing so I can take it with me. (It'll rack up some miles like this but they'll be gentle miles, so I expect it'll last a few more years.)"
