Took the car out for a quick bed in and they felt really good. I'll update this thread with my impressions after some time.

I'm going to go ahead and say it was time for some brake maintenance.

That was such a great deal. I stared at it in my cart after you posted it, but ultimately had too many other expenses and had to let it slide. That's a lot of kit for $280. They do look really nice behind your BBS wheels. I hope they perform great for you.

Now I have to torture myself all over again. :)

Dane, are they completely silent? No squeals?

Thanks!

So far. Zero noise. Zero rattle. I'll put about 50 miles on the kit tomorrow.

I had the Ate PremiumOne rotors on the E28 for years without any issues. I thought they had been discontinued, so perhaps the sale price is to blow out old stock. Now the rotor is called Ate PowerDisc.

Thanks for this- what a price! I'm glad there is some kind of channel on the rotors- I've been having wet weather stopping problems with the stock rotors and it's no fun.

ON EDIT: Bought a set! Thanks again...

How are things settling in? Much dust?

How are things settling in? Much dust? It's been so wet, snowy and nasty here, it's kind of hard to gage at this point. Need some prolong dry weather and some clean rims, then I'll report back.
