Agree, Dave. Regardless of mileage, this one is priced too high.

Stupid money..............That being said, I have decided to purchase this car pending a PIP ........and am paying 2k less than asking ..........we shall see!

Car is local to me and with the cost of ZHP's in general, this is a "ok" price

Had a deal for a 1 owner never modded perfect condition ZHP in Orient blue with grey leather for 25k.I was willing to pay the price, the car was that good!!!!!! owner decided to keep it...... original sticker of 48k plus !

jeez, i paid ~24k for mine 3 years ago with 39k on the clock... nav, xenon, leather and cwp. I was the original owner/leasee too. :-)

I did a lease buyout at much less than my contracted residual, which was about $29k and way over the current market value of the car back then. Dealership made a deal with BMWFS and I was able to keep the car for a more reasonable price. I did not want to turn it in, but financially, I would have been a fool to buy it for $29k. That was close to M3 money.

Just a heads up. I had a PPI done on this car, it drives beautifully, however it does have "issues". I won't go into it here, but if anybody is considering the car you can email me and I will let you know what they are.

Just a FYI............certainly not trying to give the seller a hard time, he has been a gentleman.

Gary, no problem. Members want to know about the issues that guys like you uncover during the car-buying process.

Thanks for the heads up.
