The person who is going to install my Umnitza Orion Angel Eyes suggested that I consider LED corners too since the lights will be out anyway.. Any thoughts or pictures on that look?

Gonna have to agree. But I do think it's preference: halogen bulbs that flash/fade on/off or LED bulbs that flash completely ON/OFF.

This is what I'm going to do. I'm a little wary of modifying wiring, but I'm going to do it anyway.

Mikey, could you tell me what you mean by lame... is it lame with the bulbs off, the light output is lame, they look bad when turned on...?

Ledautomotive.com is now selling error free turn signal bulbs for the E46, they do not require resistors. There is a thread on E46f about them and the feed back so far has been great. Id get the link for you, but Im on the DROID, sorry!

No problem! Supposedly they function without error in the rear turn signals as well. Id be interested in trying them in the rear brake lights on the RCR tails, I don't think anyone has attempted this though. Id love to have a 100% LED setup on the RCRs.

Which bulbs do we need for fronts, rears, and sides? I see the sides listed as car specific bulb replacements, but there aren't any "kits" for the E46 and we have to specify bulb type.

What I meant by lame is that they do not look good. Then again it's my opinion and the LED bulbs I've seen are the typical Ebay type.

Here is the link to the thread I promised:

I believe the front turn signals are 7507, but the rears may be the same also. Shoot ledautomotive an email just to be sure.

That actually looks really good. So I wonder what bulbs that I've seen installed?

When I had my acura I didnt like how the bulbs looked exposed. I took them out and used auto painters pin striping tape and taped over the bulbs and sprayed them flat black. that why the led's stayed clean and exposed but the bare bulb looked alot better. Just an idea!

I like em. I have the LED sides and I love them...other than they stay on all night. Kinda freaks me out.

I haven't noticed that they stay on, but they flash when you first start the car, then stop lol

Lol what's up with that! My plate lights too. I guess the cars get a constant low voltage dump all night!

It's the computer sending pulses to the corners to make sure a bulb is there.

You don't see it happen on a halogen bulb because they aren't as specific when it comes to varying voltages.

Thanks all for the vids and comments. Looks good enough to me to go for it. I'll have to look at mine non-LED again to see if it's really that big of a difference though.
