19x10 ON REAR OF 330i? Fitment Issues?

Just picked up a 330i, I'm new to the E46 game and was wondering if any of you guys are running a 19x10 on the rear? What ET? Tire Size?

I think Eli is running 19x10 on his ZHP. He'll have to confirm.
