Decided to play with my relatively new camera and try to sharpen my incredibly dull skillz. Didn't get to take many shots as the sun was rapidly disappearing...

Nice.

What camera you get?

Canon Rebel T2i. Would've gotten a T3i but they didn't have it in stock. I actually got the last one in the store at the time. Apparently these things fly off the shelves. :)

It was an interesting story. I got to hear it first hand not long after it happened.

Yes, in the extremely hard-to-find 18x8 et47 and 18x8.5 et50 sizes.
Ask me how difficult it was to find. :shifty

Have you posted the story on the search for those wheels? I'd love to read it sometime

'Grats on the new cam. I like those wheels a LOT better than your other wheels.

You need to experiment with pics that have blurry and sharp areas, and some DOF stuff - pics where everything's sharp don't really stand out, IMO. i am still learning a lot, but it needs a LOT of patience...my old point and shoot couldn't do any pics like the ones I am talking about...had to go for a DSLR and finally realized what i was missing....
Is that Canon a DSLR or not? (not familiar with Canon model numbers)
