during my last (and only so far) detail, I had the guy clean the wheels (he used Sonax) and gave him a jar of PoorBoys' wheel sealant that I had and asked him to put it on AFTER he got the wheels clean...

It has been about 4k miles since then, and i took a look at the wheels while i was quick detailing the exterior of the car:

One thing I noticed - since using the Sonax and putting PoorBoys' wheel sealant on, a lot LESS brake dust is on the wheels, compared to before, and just wiped off REALLY easy with just a wet rag/quick detailer! Not baked on like before :) so yeah, if you clean wheels, PROTECT that clean finish with some type of wax/sealant, and PREVENT future brake dust from sticking.

You sold me on it. I'm going to add it to the detailing stuff order that I'm going to be making in September.

^ Same here. I need to place an order, may as well add it to the list!

This is what it looks like :) PINK!
you need VERY little per wheel, so, although it seems kinda pricey, remember you can use it many many times:

Gonna get me some too. So, no brick and mortar, only online?

I take it the zhpmafia code doesn't work on a sale?

We don't have a code for Detailed Image. You're probably thinking of Detailer's Domain (where we get 10% off).

I don't know how I missed this thread.

I purchased a jar about a year and a half ago. I'm still working on it. I put 3 coats on my wheels over a week period and it will last a year. I've been in love with this and been telling everyone about it
