I've searched this forum and didn't see much. There are a LOT of proposals for this on the web but so far I haven't found a good solution. The windows squeak like a banshee when the windows are fully up and this was not happening just a month ago when I bought the car. This is exactly what happened with my E46 M3 Vert. I've tried gummy-phleging the windows, cleaning the channels and then yesterday I applied teflon silicone spray to a rag and wiped all the window edges with it. Perhaps even louder now! Rolling the windows just a smidgin (not even so you can see a crack) solves it but that's not a great long term solution. I was thinking of sticking some silicone gel into the window channels.
