An accident. At least it is not a Salvage Title. Maybe need to take care of the Vanos rattle prior to sale? I am also in the hunt for a ZHP. Unfortunately, Black is not on my list. I already have a Black E34. GLWS.

If it becomes constant while in my possession, I will fix the VANOS rattle. As of now, it is VERY intermittent.
