I've been perusing the threads trying to decide on which Umnitza angel eyes to purchase - I've gathered that many different brands are good, but seems like for the money the Umnitza Orion V2s are what to get - does that seem to be the consensus?

So, the question is, 4300k or 6000k? I like some of the pictures of 4300k (OEM look), but other pictures show them to be fairly Amber, and not as much white as other pictures. Sometimes I think the 6000s would be a little too white, but then I go back and forth. Car color is TiAg with black leather. Thoughts? Pictures? Thanks guys.

And if people know anything about DEPO LED tails (pros and cons) I'd appreciate some feedback there too.

Yes. V2's are a quality product. I have 6000k. Many will recommend 4300k, as that is nearest oem.

I believe the Weisslichts over at www.JLeviSW.com are 60 led.

The problem I keep finding... "Does NOT fit E46 Non-M Facelift Coupe 2004-2006" http://www.jlevistreetwerks.com/3-Series-E46-%281999-2006%29-Lighting/c399_33_35/p8420/Weisslicht-LED-Angel-Eyes-for-BMW/product_info.html

What is involved installing these on my 2005 330CI?

I'm pretty sure the issue is with the surround on the DRL, no room for the led string. I'm guessing it needs to be modified/replaced somehow

I believe the issue you fella's are going to run into is the fact that your headlights have to be "baked" to install A/E's into your headlights. Your lense covers do not "snap in" and are typically NOT replaceable on coupes.

I already know about the baking to open issue, it's literally just hard to find a set that works for the facelift coupe

Orion V2's FTW. They'll fire up, no matter if it's 105 degrees or 30 below. No ballast boxes mean no shorting out. I have 2+ years on mine.

Yeah I was not going that way if I do it, metalcast (reflective spray paint) on the actual bowl and change to a yellow bulb

No i had it..doesn't fit perfect. i ended up removing, sanding and spraying with Krylon- stained glass spray. same thing i sprayed my DRL bowls (aka alt-high flashers) with.
