I am ordering a Magnaflow Catback for my ZHP and will no longer need my OEM Catback.

It has 69k Miles and it is in perfect condition. No Corrosion, Rust, Dents or anything. Tips are also solid and clean.
If you are interested in buying the whole thing (OEM Catback/ZHP Muffler), it will be $400+shipping.

ZHP Muffler Only: $180+Shipping

Let me know.
I prefer local pickup but will ship in US.
Pics coming as soon as the Magnaflow gets installed within the next week.

Will accept any reasonable Offer/Trade so if you got something in mind let me know!

are you getting it for your son's present?

Dane - good idea, I PM'd him over on e46f.

Hermes - He's thinking about it. When we went for the first test ride this morning, he mentioned wanting an exhaust but not wanted to spend tons of his money like he did with his first car (323ci). I believe it will bolt straight up but will need to make it breathe better on the intake side too.

IIRC the exhaust itself should just bolt on, the full system might need some slight modification to fit. Why not just delete the 2nd resonator or do the golf tee mod?

Would rather it be bolt-on/ bolt-off reversible in case he changes his mind down the road. If we cut a resonator then too much splicing to put it back to original.

Does he have the valve in the right exhaust (he should), he can do the golf tee mod in a second, easily reversible

after looking online it does not look like the 325 has that valve on the exhaust. I guess bolt on would be the way to go

Hermes - I don't know about this mod, will have to research it today. And it's too cold today for me to be crawling around on the garage floor, will save this to mid week when we get it on my friend's lift and do the low oil sensor replacement & oil change.

here you go:

http://www.diymybmw.com/e46/golf-tee-mod/

you can see the little 'valve' on the right side exhaust tube, basically the golf tee keeps it stuck open so you get a different exhaust note
