Hey guys, so I was browsing the umnitza site and saw that my Predator V2 angel eyes have a remote feature that fades the Ae's in and out when locking and unlocking the car. How can I activate this?

It's not activated so much as installed, if your v2s has that option, you could opt to do what I did and tap into the front passenger foot light through a hole from the engine bay near the positive negative terminals through near the glove compartment, splice the wires and wallah. There's a diy somewhere if someone wants to find it, I'm mobile right now.

It only takes about 5 minutes to do. I think it takes longer to gather the tools needed and put them away when done.

Yep, easy install.

Drop your whole glovebox and shove the wire through the firewall. Hook it up and done...very easy to do

Alright cause I tapped into the ECU. If I hook it up to the footlight, will they still act as the running lights?

Yes.

they turn on when the interior lights are on, and stay on during driving. They do the fade in and out upon locking/unlocking.

If I could offer my 2 cents I'd recommend to avoid those T-Taps. They're total garbage. Do yourself a favor and strip, solder, and heat shrink the connections properly. Also make sure you grommet the wires traveling through the firewall properly. Accidental grounds to chassis aren't something you want.
