I hope you guys don't mind if my 1st post after my intro is a WTB ad, just really pumped to get a ZHP! Have not had much luck finding what I am looking for in my area, just hoping to turn something up....

Must be a Sedan, and an Automatic
Perfer Cold weather package, and under 100,000 miles but not deal breakers.
No specific color in mind, but Imola red or black would not hurt, lol.

Thanks for looking, much appriciated!

Hermes,

Thanks for the links. I was hoping to avoid having to ship, but do agree, the 63K one in CA looks very appealing!

s!ke, nice looking car, but I need a Sedan (2 kids)

Also, wanted to bump this cause some may have seen my post in the "is it a good deal" section that I had a line on a nice 2005 in Atlanta, and had sent a deposit, well very sorry and a bit deflated to say, I flew to Atlanta last night, and flew home today, when I hoped to be driving... So, that means I am still looking. Although, I am gonna be a little gun shy for awhile if its not in driving distance.....got burned a bit today..:shift

That sucks, by the way what turned you off to the Altlanta ZHP? Didn't see anything in the other thread?

Thanks guys. As far as the Atlanta car goes, it was mainly a collection of alot of little things. I am kinda new here so I don't want to go slamming someones car publically, but I was very specific about asking if the car had any paintwork done prior to going to see the car, because to be honest it had great "curb" appeal. I was told it was all original paint, minus one small scratch that had occured in the passenger front door. Guess what is the first thing I notice, overspray on the roof moldings, trunk, and all over inside of the gas door... What I found was paint work on all 4 doors, both quarters, and the trunk, and rear bumper....Now the paint, was actually decent but far from perfect, I was concered to say the least. None of this other than the passenger front door shows up on a carfax. When I questioned the seller on this, I was accused of being "nit picky" Needless to say our relationship went downhill from there, lol....

I will also admit that yes, I was being picky, heck I am a BMW technician :) but the car was not as "described".

I have not been a member here long enough to know how you guys handle this stuff? I would be more than happy to give a full report on what I found if someone thought they might be interested. Just let me know if its preferred that I keep that kind of thing to PM's or public. Also wondered if I should have updated my post in the "is it a good deal section".... Just trying to tread lightly, I like this forum over most, as everyone seems very polite.

Although you are out airfare, that is all you're out...wise thing you did, traveling to see the car.
