Seriously, you'll prob have to go far away to get a good one. I drove about 3 hours to get mine and that was 3 years ago. I didn't like any of the ones I found locally

drat!,,we should cut and paste UT and NV down between TX and NM and then it would just be a short hop to the beach and to the plethora of zhp's that is obviously in San Diego et al..

I think $20k is reasonable for that, low miles and looks like its been kept up (plus has CPO warranty). I'd probably try to get it for $19k and work from there.

There really isn't much in the way of 330i/xi E90's in MT with ZSP under/around $20,000... I have a couple on my radar and I believe this was one of the few.
