My Son does some extreme rock climbing so I though I'd share some of his last ventures at Bundy Hill in Michigan. Note camera expertise is non existent.

They usually have some dozers or tractors if it gets really bad. He did have some serious issues in the tire pit after that run. This thing is a little monster! He has 2 transfer cases tied together and he's locked on all 4 corners.

Most guys carry spares for common break items in the rig along with the tools required. If it's a trailered rig most guys will have a full complement of tools and parts back at the tow pig.

It's almost a 100% DIY world where folks don't really get into it unless they know how to fix almost every part on the rig, with a few exceptions of course.

Leaving the rigs behind on the trail is extremely frowned upon, greenies are gaining traction daily in their war against responsible use of public land for offroading so most offroad communities try very hard to tread lightly and pack in what you pack out and protect what usage rights we have left.

Pretty capable rig for leaf springs. Good driving and good spotting too. nice vid, thanks for sharing.

i've spent some time shotgun in this rig:

I'll tell you, there's not much else I've done in my life that matches the pucker factor.
