Tonight I installed Scorza's CSL center console and wanted to share pics with everyone. Of course I already posted pics after opening my package :biggrin

The install was not too difficult, actually the hardest part for me was to take the original center console apart and out of the way. That in itself was not too difficult either...:)

This was the center console after taking it out of the box:

Anyway, here are a few pics after the install...

This isn't the OEM CSL center console but it is a very well made product. There are a few very minor kinks to work out but overall, I'm very pleased with this product and pricing was excellent! Sean was awesome to work with and I have purchased other products from him in the past. I look forward getting more from Sean in the future, thanks again Sean!!! :thumbsup

This is the link I followed to get this awesome product. https://dprhcp102.doteasy.com/~scorzase/shop//index.php?p=product&id=4&parent=6

Here are the additional recommended parts to get for the CSL console. Switch surround, mounting brackets and "proper" CSL shift boot.

What is "insert CSL" -$37?

(nothing comes up on RealOEM - http://realoem.com/bmw/partxref.do?part=51167896956)

Kris, that's the very minor kink I was talking about hence the additional part numbers I posted in post #5...:biggrin

Oh, and another thing for all the "vert" owners....Scorza makes these for "verts" as well if I understood Sean when I talked to him this evening...:thumbsup I can verify this again if anyone is interested :biggrin

got it. I guess I have that same kind of thing in the coin tray thing on mine. I dont know if I would spend about $40 for a piece of rubber. I would just cut something to shape.

I might have something perfect at my house, PM me dimensions and your address in case it works. It's a rubber mat I use to hold my phone from sliding when I put it on my dash (for the HUD app). I have an extra one

Just ordered additional parts from the parts list I provided...got the handbrake lever cover for $110 and hazard/door lock switch frame for $11. This will complete my install, unfortunately the handbrake cover won't come in anthracite leather like the CSL did....:( It is only available in napa leather but you can order this from BMW. :thumbsup

Guess I will be reusing my leather shift boot that came with my "broomstick" shifter. Getting the lit ZHP shift knob from a forum member at M3Forum so I will cut off the top portion of the shift knob to retain my original Nappa leather shift boot to reuse with the ZHP knob....will match my e-brake boot. :thumbsup
