If I cutting off the resonators/silencers will my car pass emissions?

Yup. They're just there to eliminate sound. Post a video after you get it done as I'm on the fence about doing it!

"there are two resonators on the ZHP exhaust, usually try to delete the 2nd one that near the muffler. You will gain some highend power but will lose some lowend torque. Believe me, you will feel the different if you are a sensitive driver. The best method is order a magnaflow X-pipe to replace the 2nd resonator to prevent losing low end torque and give a nicer tone."

doesn't necessarily have to be magnaflow, but yes to X-pipe

Have you considered headers? Nice and quiet while on the highway and at cruising speeds, loud when you get on it.
