nice shot. looks like 335is because of body kit.

I think this model is like a ZHP coupe replacement, except for the turbo-will-it-last motor, run-flats, no oil dipstick, can't-change-the-battery-without-registrating-the-battery, and less outward visibility due to higher doors.

It looks like a 2007 or 2008 335 with the M-Technic body kit. I believe the 335is had high-gloss (shadowline trim) around the windows. The 2007-2008 models had aluminum.

I was guessing a 335i too. This thing had blow off valves and it had to be a few more mods because it tanked down the street. Sounded like an ole e46 CSL, the exhaust were so similar. But yes I fell in love with it when I saw it, but definitely the car looks tiny than most.
