No bad.....so.....BMW is trying to make $2k off the deal.....and they didn't stiff your friend it seems.

They will be lucky if they break even on the trade.....and are probably ok with that, because of whatever they made off him on the X5....

exactly, it was a CPO car so there was margin on both ends I expect
