I have no vested interest in this sale, but this car needs to go to a good home. If I had 40k to burn, this would be in my garage tomorrow.

Thats an unbelievable find, but KBB is $31,000 for that car. $38k is E60 M5 territory.

It does have competition package though. Adds $4k.

Shit I'd buy it if I had the dough. That's my favorite e46 ever. I see them with 60k go for $31k. Mmmmm love that car.

Random Q but why does that one ave 1 button on the steering wheel and most other M3s have all the others?

That's the M track button for when you go crazy on the isle of man.

They don't have a lot of that crazy fancy city gadgets most M3s have and a lot of interior parts are gutted or lightened from the factory.

You had sloppy seconds, because I eye sexed it all night last night... And since these pics, he's added a SERIOUS Brembo BBK (color matched calipers of course) and some gorgeous other mods. He even has the Fox Red DCT shifter to match the rest of the individual interior. So much sex.

The VIN is missing a digit in the original post. WBSBL93455PN61885. Looks like it's been in SLC its entire life. AutoCheck is clean. Me want. E90 M3s have been dipping down into that price range, although with higher miles.

@Jupiter - what was "individual" about the E90 in your post? Is it the interior? I like that.

BMW Individual is a program that allows you to tailor the car to your personal taste. Want your car in a color that's not offered standard or as an option? Individual can take care of that. Want custom upholstery, be it the material, color, or style? BMW Individual.

In fact, the Performance Package (ZHP) was a product of BMW Individual, hence why it received so many options that regular 330's didn't have. When was the last time you saw alcantara/cloth seats on a BMW in the USA for a car this new? Never. When was the last Imola Red 330i you've seen that wasn't a ZHP? M-Tech II from the factory? Style 135's? Never. These were all BMW Individual options here in the states if you wanted them on your non-ZHP, and since BMW Individual isn't really prevalent in the states, you didn't see much of it.

That's why our cars are full of win where aesthetics are concerned.

I know about the Individual program, BP. I was asking what was individual about this particular E90 posted above. I'm pretty sure they were already available in Interlagos Blue. That's why I'm thinking maybe that unique interior is the "individual" part of the car.

Yes the owner said the individual was basically the interior. I don't know how to go about doing that, but let me tell you, the car was amazingly gorgeous. When I can afford Individual, I will get it. Someday.

My manager told me that only 5/7 and m models can be customized with individual options. We have an Acatama yellow m3 and an Amazonite green f10. I know cloth is an individual option for m3s. We ordered cloth seats and no sunroof for an e90 m3 for customer before.

^ I'm pretty sure it's available on more models. There is a member on here with an Individual Dakar Yellow ZHP vert. I know the Individual line is not available right away on models so maybe he means currently that is all they are available on?

I believe you have to make a request through the center, then get approved by BMW NA to get it done. Individual exterior colors I know were available to E46s but I do not believe interior options were allowed. $5000 for a Ruby Black M3 paintjob is a little excessive...but that would sure be a nice color :drool

back on topic,

this car is nice but not $38000 nice. I think $30k is all I would spend on this car.
