I tell myself again and again that if anything were to happen to my ZHP I'd have a hard time saying no to a clean e36 m3... such as this one

Wow that's nice. $16k might be a stretch, but I can see a nice Estoril M3 with just 65k miles going for $14k. Not too long ago, a member on here sold an E36 M3 with 50k miles for $15k (if I remember right).

yeah probably about 2k high in price, but damn, that is a well done E36.

Looks clean, but I wouldn't pay more than 10 for an e36 m3 no matter what condition. There was an estoril sedan in similiar condition last year that I almost bought but the guy wouldn't come down past 12.

you might not, but there are definitely people out there who will. they're becoming more and more rare, harder to find. the book value of a car doesn't take into account supply and demand. a car is really worth what someone will pay for it.

Good E36 M3s can bring north of $12k.

I paid $13,000 for the rarest in America. Unfortunately, I had a ton of issues and lost a ton of money on it, but good cars will fetch good money, even if you have to wait.

Oh my, that is sweet. Some day when I grow up I will buy an M3.

I had a '95 M3 many years ago and loved it. Could be tempted by another '95 with bizarrely low miles and alcantara seats but all these years later, I generally agree with this guy's opinion of the E36:

I don't like the e36. But I love yours.
