Cable Suggestion Wanted to use INPA and NavCoder

I have a cable (link below) that purchased from One Stop that support K Line and D Can but INPA and NavCoder are both having problems with it. INPA and NavCoder will recognize the cable and also show connection in INPA (Battery/Ignition highlighted on main INPA screen). When I go to scan a module, it cannot connect to it. I am able to use PA-Soft/BMW Scanner with no issues. Is it possible that I have a bad cable? Is their a cable that someone might recommend? I am trying to use this with a 2005 330i E46, if it matters.
