Last month on CL in Phoenix AZ there were at least 3 worth looking at, and a low mileage black vert for a pretty penny.
Now quite a selection of 03 M3s.

Awesome, thanks! There was one I was looking at in Scottsdale but it was an AT. Arizona and Texas seem to have some clean zhp' s.
