Undo the nuts that hold the upper mount in, pull down on the spring and slide them in place, reverse steps, done.

It's nothing spec rated or that serious.
When I had my 325 (auto, m56 SULEV, non-sport suspension!) I was finishing about middle of the pack, beating out E36 and E46 M3s. There's a lot of newbies in the group :) I expect to do pretty will w/ the ZHP, especially when I get the suspension updated.
Also, one of the guys who is usually top 3 has a Z4MC, imola. So. Fast.
