Ordered one yesterday. Thanks for the review, BP.
Glad I could be of service. :thumbsup
Very well done, BP. I finally got a chance to read this yesterday morning and ordered one with same-day shipping since I was doing some work on the car last night. It has some slight differences from the one that I already had in my car, but I was able to reuse most of the connections and swap it right in. Looks good so far and I plan to do some heavy testing with it tomorrow during a drive to Nashville.
Here is another in-depth discussion on this headunit for people that are craving more opinions:

Also, this is the launcher that I'm using. It looks/functions great, has a lot of customization options, and integrates the Google Assistant really well:

Can anyone recommend particularly helpful DIY stuff for moving the heater controls downwards for a Business Radio owner?
First, you need to buy an HVAC relocation bracket. Part number is: 51167001410
This will allow you to mount the Climate Control unit in the bottom slot. This will eliminate your storage tray.
Here's a link to where you can purchase one. Price shopping is advised; you can look around for a better deal.

Here's a decent looking DIY on how to install this bracket:

It's a pre-facelift RHD car, but instructions should be very similar.
Great! I'll check it out.
Note that you can install an aftermarket headunit without the bracket. The heater controls fit pretty snug in the new position with the sunglass tray removed. I actually had the headunit installed for a few months until I came across a used HVAC relocation bracket. Almost forgot about it because the fit wasn't really noticeable:

Interesting! Thanks. Anything which speeds a mid-winter installation up works for me. Button things up in the spring...
This video set looks promising for the moving of dash components-
