Got my coby wheel in, and figured I'd install it while my car is down for maintenance anyway.
Interestingly, the replacement wheel was a bit lighter than the original.

That's odd. Why would the wheel be lighter?
Perhaps all the hand oils and other junk weigh that much?

Over the course of a year the locks were not unlocking. Most notable times is when the temp would change. For example: 60 in the AM and 80 around 2PM. I can lock the car, but often would be unable to unlock the car.
This resulted in me putting the kids in through the windows more than once...

Installed Bilstein B4's all around on Friday along with new mounts in the front, and reinforced mounts in the rear. Got everything back together and realized I had missed the washer between the spring mount and strut bearing in the front, so took it all back apart. Car rides so much better now. Lesson learned about not replacing these when I got the car- one of the OEM rear shocks was totally blown, and one of the front struts had no rebound. Rides so much better now.

On the M3, I welded in some reinforcement plates on the front crossmember and dropped the LS1/T56 into the car for the first time.

Swapped out the passenger side door panel for the M3 panel I have and adding sound deadening while I was in there. The job entailed pulling my panel, swapping armrests so I could retain my cube trim, swapping armrest pads because I want the M3 leather, speakers because I think mine will have had less use than the M3 it came from, and all new foam panel clips.
The job took a little longer than expected (hence why I only got the passenger side done) but the leather is nicer and it has a slightly thicker "thud" sound to the door when I close it. Haven't driven it yet but I am hoping for a bit of reduced road noise from that side.
Did new brakes on my mom's zhp today. Got only the front done. Rear tomorrow.
Finally able to contribute to this thread, it's been awhile since I've done anything to my car. Washed Ness, then installed Gruppe M intake with a lot of help from William (actually had to dremel some of the c/f to make it fit), and while my BMW Perf Intake was out, noticed a small leak in the upper radiator hose so I replaced that. EDIT: Forgot to mention that I also put in the Stett boots.
