If i'm not mistaken I spoke with the owner of this car earlier in the year and he admitted that he had rust which it was planning on getting fixed. I hope i'm right here as this is a serious accusation with these cars, but it was pretty much the same car in the same area, so if it wasn't the same seller, definitely a big coincidence.
Confirmed - there was rust on one of the rocker panels so just a heads up - the sellers name is Alex and was super nice, just want to make sure he either discloses this or any potential buyer knows about it and gets it checked out
Yeah - it has been for sale for a year, assuming that is one of the reasons it hasn't sold yet.
Here is another from that area, the person selling states one little rust spot, but you can clearly see in the other photos there is rust starting all over through the body.
