For those not familiar, this is the SR-71 spy plane.

When I lived in Colorado Springs, I used to see this aircraft leave Peterson AFB and make a swing through the city up over the Air Force Academy. Where I used to live I had a bird's eye view of the aircraft as it made it's turn to fly over the Academy....awesome sound and sight...


As we submariners say...... 70 and a wakeup :)
